We are located less than one kilometre from the shopping centre. The Bus stops at the front entrance of the Village three times a day.

The Village includes 54 self-contained units located in an attractive parkland garden setting. Eight of the units are allocated for pensioner rental.

All units are in excellent condition and a 24-hour emergency call system is in place.

Residents occupy the independent living units under a formal agreement which ensures security of tenure.

Residents are required to pay an affordable fortnightly fee which covers all expenses other than electricity, telephone and personal keep. Our entry contribution arrangements are very reasonable and flexible - we endeavour to negotiate an arrangement to suit each individual.

A wide range of activities are held in Federation Hall, including weekly services of Christian worship, as well as carpet bowls, bingo & sing-a-longs.

Most rooms have pleasant outlooks to the gardens.

The residential care service was recently extended and now offers 41 apartments, including one cluster of eleven apartments specifically designed to help cater for the needs of older people with special needs, including dementia.

Our ongoing fees are set by the Commonwealth Government at 85% of the Age Pension. Where a resident has non-pension income in excess of the Government threshold the resident is also required to contribute 25% of that additional income.

There aren''t any pre-determined, fixed entry contributions (accommodation bonds). Every prospective resident is considered individually and arrangements determined that reflect his/her own personal circumstances. Those without means are not required to make a contribution. It must be emphasised however that where a resident does pay us a contribution the maximum amount retained by us is limited by Government regulation.

Community Care is designed to help clients who have been assessed as needing support to remain in their own homes and continue to be part of the broader community.
