We are located in an established residential neighbourhood, less than 600 metres from Kingsford shopping centre. The nearest public hospital is Prince of Wales less than 2 kilometres away.

The residential care service offers 58 low-care apartments.

The facility has recently undergone an upgrade, with the addition of 8 new apartments plus a repaint & new carpet throughout.

Our ongoing fees are set by the Commonwealth Government at 85% of the Age Pension.

Where a resident has non-pension income in excess of the Government threshold the resident is also required to contribute 25% of that additional income.

There aren''t any pre-determined, fixed entry contributions (accommodation bonds).

Every prospective resident is considered individually and arrangements determined that reflect his/her own personal circumstances. Those without means are not required to make a contribution.

It must be emphasised however that where a resident does pay us a contribution the maximum amount retained by us is limited by Government regulation.
