We are located in an established residential neighbourhood close to Bus routes and just minutes from Parramatta.

The facility is being upgraded and extended so the residential care service currently offers only 26 low-care apartments.

• All apartments have private ensuites
• Each apartment is provided with fans, heaters, telephone & television points.
• All common areas are fully air conditioned
• Staff are on duty at all times to provide care and assistance to residents
• Access to a range of medical & paramedical services eg visiting Doctors, physiotherapy & podiatry
• Range of in-house activities supported by a Lifestyle Coordinator including exercise programs, barbecues, bus trips & outings, bingo & Happy Hour.
• Regular religious services are held in the Prayer Room

The building work will extend the existing accommodation by 10 apartments. Construction should be completed in early 2008.

Our ongoing fees are set by the Commonwealth Government at 85% of the Age Pension.

Where a resident has non-pension income in excess of the Government threshold the resident is also required to contribute 25% of that additional income

There aren''t any pre-determined, fixed entry contributions. Every prospective resident is considered individually and arrangements determined that reflect his/her own personal circumstances. Those without means are not required to make a contribution. It must be emphasised however that where a resident does pay us a contribution the maximum amount retained by us is limited by Government regulation.
