Southern Cross Residential Care Apartments offers an enhanced lifestyle for older persons in a relaxed community environment with a mix of high/low(88) and special-needs (25) accommodation.

The serviced living apartments are set in 2.4 peaceful hectares of park-like, leafy grounds. The local bus service to Turramurra Station operates along Bobbin Head Road. The North Turramurra shopping centre is just 1.6km down the road.

The residential care service offers a mix of low and high care services.

• All low-care apartments have private ensuites
• Each apartment is provided with fans, heaters, telephone & television points.
• All community areas are fully air-conditioned
• Staff are on duty at all times to provide care and assistance to residents
• Access to a range of medical & paramedical services eg visiting Doctors, physiotherapy & podiatry
• Range of in-house activities supported by a Lifestyle Coordinator including exercise programs, fashion parades, hairdresser, manicures, barbecues, bus trips & outings, bowls, bingo & Happy Hour.
• There is a beautiful Chapel onsite and Mass is held daily.

Our ongoing fees are set by the Commonwealth Government at 85% of the Age Pension.

Where a resident has non-pension income in excess of the Government threshold the resident is also required to contribute 25% of that additional income.

There aren't any pre-determined, fixed entry contributions (accommodation bonds).

Every prospective resident is considered individually and arrangements determined that reflect his/her own personal circumstances. Those without means are not required to make a contribution.

It must be emphasised however that where a resident does pay us a contribution the maximum amount retained by us is limited by Government regulation.
